SOLARGIZER, POWER PULSE, PULSE RECOVERY SYSTEM are proven electronic devices designed to eliminate sulfation and ensure peak battery performance. These products are connected directly to the battery terminals. They emit a pulsating d.c current into the battery. These pulses remove the sulfate deposits from the plates and return them to the battery acid as active electrolyte and ensures that the battery accepts full charge, in the normal time. When installed permanently, they will also keep them from building up again. What makes pulse technology so unique and so effective is the distinct "pulse waveform" that defines it. This waveform has a strictly controlled rise time, pulse width, frequency, and amplitude of current and voltage pulse.

SOLARGIZER gets its power from a solar panel to generate the pulses. The solar panel is virtually indestructible and incorporates the finest quality single grown photovoltaic solar cell available. The entire unit is weatherproof and easy to install. It is also available in two-and three-wire versions for use on parallel battery systems. This system is ideal for heavily used or stored vehicles and equipments such as cars, boats, construction and farm equipments, motorcycles, commercial vehicles and deep cycle products, Solargizer also prevents the normal loss of battery power on stored vehicles and equipment no battery how long they sit unused. When permanently connected it prevents the normal loss of battery power of stored vehicles and equipments no matter how long they sit unused.

The RECEPTACLE SOLARGIZER ensures battery performance with and without the sun and includes both a solar panel and specially designed 220 volts A.C. adapter. When outside, the solar panel absorbs sunlight and when the adapter is plugged in it gets its power from mains. It is ideal for virtually any kind of vehicle and equipment stored indoors, under cover or in areas without direct sunlight.

Like Solargizer, Power Pulse Battery Maintenance system also uses pulse technology to eliminate sulfation buildup on battery plates. The difference is this patented electronic device is powered by the battery’s own energy instead of solar power.Power Pulse reduces battery-related downtime and increases battery life dramatically. It also maintains peak battery efficiency, and will provide peak performance and greater charge acceptance so batteries recharge faster and with better quality and reliability.

Power Pulse extends battery service life since batteries recharge faster, cool down takes less time after recharging. Power Pulse is available for batteries of 12, 24, 36, 48 and 72 Volts.

Pulse Recovery System is another type of Battery maintenance system with higher frequency of pulsing. This modular system is available in individual units that condition two batteries each. They can also be configured to meet specific battery maintenance needs to pulse up to 20 Nos. of 12volt batteries at the same time. The PRS is ideal for industrial battery shop operations such as commercial service centers, fleet maintenance departments and any company or facility that is responsible for servicing multiple vehicles and equipment.  

NONE OF THESE SYSTEMS ARE CHARGERS, BUT IT CAN BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A CHARGING SYSTEM SO THAT BATTERIES CAN BE CHARGED WHILE THEY ARE DESULFATED.

Model 475:To check the condition of lead-acid batteries IN SECONDS. No external power is required. Digitally displays voltage, battery condition and available power in CCA WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF CHARGING AND DISCHARGING. Automatic state-of-charge compensation allows testing of batteries down to 5.5 Volts. These systems are safe, easy to use, and will not harm or discharge batteries.

Model 485: In addition to the parameters mentioned above, this also displays charging system voltage output which enables detection of possible bad voltage regulators, faulty wiring or even bad alternators.

Model 500: has the added facility of printing the different values obtained.
