SYNOPSIS:
ENERGY SAVING
LAMP CONTROLLER helps
in reducing energy consumption by reducing the applied voltage
wthout a proportionate reduction in the illumination level. In large scale industries, the three phase voltage is maintained at 415 Volts as per requirement. this means that the voltage across phase and neutral will be 239 Volts. This is far above the rated voltage of the lamps. Lot of energy is wasted as the corresponding benefit in terms of illumination is not obtained. Life of the lamps also get reduced. The ESLC can be used to reduce the voltage applied to the lamps to anywhere between the supply voltage and 180 volts TO SAVE ENERGY AND EXTEND LIFE OF THE LAMPS. |
|
These
are suitable for flourescent and other types of lamps including
incandescent, mercury vapour, metal halide and quartz. The device
enables the user to adjust level of savings upto 50%. The first
10% saving can be realised without any perceptible drop in illumination
level. The ESLC controls entire circuits of lighting from the
lighting distribution board and is a superior alternative to switching
off lamps, on a selective basis to save energy. Further delamping
results in uneven distribution of lighting. With the ESLC it is
possible to reduce the energy consumption wthout substantially
reducing the level of illumination and obtain even distribution.
It is easy to install. |

OPTIONAL
Facility to control the output of the ESLC
based on the ambient light i.e., when the ambient light is high, the
output of the ESLC is automatically reduced to obtain the best energy
saving possible wthout any reduction in the level of illumination.
